LIFE INTERRUPTED

I was going to ...
change the world for my family and me...
here, there and as far as the eye can see
But... life interrupted...

I was going to...
better myself�
go back to school, lose weight
broaden my fashion sense
invest, and get a date...
But... life interrupted...

I was going to...
become an entrepreneur,
get a grant,
shop the market and stop using words,
I Can't...
But... life interrupted...

I was going to...
apologize to a old friend,
make amends
and promise
to never do it again...
oh, snap...
life interrupted...

I was going to...
call the police
on the dealers
in my neighborhood...
and on the man who beats
his wife next door...
and on the lady
down the street
whose children
are bruised, hungry,
and ignored...
But... I was afraid and then...
life interrupted...

I was going to...
become more spiritually aware,
explore my trueness...
and embrace GOD everywhere...
But...
life interrupted....
life interrupted...
my life interrupted...
I was going to...
live life to it's fullest,
fulfill at least one of my life's dreams,
and out of my own eye,
pull out a beam...
But then... I died...

death... interrupted.
